Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Kin & Core, operated by Sarah Morgan.

By booking or attending a Kin & Core class, appointment or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our services

Kin & Core provides physiotherapy, Pilates and pelvic health services, including individual appointments and group classes.

Services are provided by appropriately qualified and registered professionals within their scope of practice.

Information provided through the Kin & Core website, social media or classes is intended for general educational purposes and does not replace individual medical advice.

2. Booking and payment

Places for classes and appointments must be booked in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is required at the time of booking or in accordance with the payment terms provided at the time of booking.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been provided.

Please ensure that the information you provide when booking is accurate and up to date.

3. Health and suitability

Your safety is our priority.

You may be asked to complete a health screening or provide relevant medical information before participating in a class or receiving treatment.

Please inform Kin & Core of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, changes in health or other circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely.

You should seek appropriate medical advice where necessary before beginning a new exercise programme.

Kin & Core reserves the right to recommend that you do not participate in a particular activity or that you seek medical advice where this is considered appropriate for your safety.

4. Pilates classes

Classes are designed to be accessible and progressive, but exercises may need to be adapted to individual needs.

You are responsible for listening to your body and informing the instructor if an exercise causes pain, discomfort, dizziness or any other concerning symptoms.

Please follow the instructor’s guidance and only perform exercises that feel appropriate for you.

5. Physiotherapy appointments

Physiotherapy appointments are individual clinical services.

An assessment will be undertaken where appropriate and treatment or exercise recommendations will be based on your individual circumstances.

You are encouraged to ask questions and discuss any concerns you have during your appointment.

Clinical outcomes can vary between individuals and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

6. Cancellations and missed appointments

If you need to cancel or rearrange a class or appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

48 hours prior to class start time is required. If you are unable to attend a session, contact your instructor and we support you to book onto a catch up session within your group booking.

Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.

Where Kin & Core needs to cancel or rearrange a session, you will be offered an alternative date or, where appropriate, a refund.

Any specific cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking will also apply.

7. Late arrival

Please arrive in sufficient time for your class or appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting other clients or compromising your safety. The full session fee may still apply.

8. Personal belongings

Please avoid bringing valuable personal belongings to classes or appointments.

Kin & Core cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. Respect and behaviour

Kin & Core is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive and respectful environment.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, instructors or other clients will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a service where behaviour is considered inappropriate or unsafe.

10. Children

Children may only attend sessions where the service has specifically been designed or advertised for their age group.

A parent or appropriate adult may be required to remain responsible for a child during a session.

11. Website information

We aim to ensure that information on the Kin & Core website is accurate and up to date. However, information may change without notice.

Website content should not be relied upon as a substitute for personalised professional medical advice.

12. Privacy

Kin & Core collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where health information is collected as part of providing physiotherapy, pelvic health or exercise services, this information will be handled appropriately and confidentially.

13. Liability

Kin & Core takes reasonable steps to provide services safely and professionally.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You remain responsible for providing accurate health information and following reasonable instructions given during classes and appointments.

14. Changes to these Terms

The most recent version will be published on this website and will apply to future bookings and services.
