What makes us different?
Physiotherapy-led: Our clinical experience means we understand the body, rehabilitation and how movement can be adapted to you.
Pilates with purpose: APPI- trained Pilates allows me to combine clinical knowledge with carefully considered movement to help build strength. mobility and confidence.
Personalised and supportive: There's no one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are new to exercise, returning after a life event or navigating a new stage of life, you'll be supported at your own pace.
